Join us for a fantastic two-day workshop with Artist in Residence Jonathan Matteson.

Sign-up today to learn the basics of taking better photographs (and videos) with your smartphone from an award-winning teaching artist in a friendly, small group setting. Both of the expert-led, 2-hr. morning sessions will introduce participants to art elements and design principles, shot sizes and types, camera angles and movements, and different lighting and display conventions. By the end of this primer, students will begin to grasp key concepts and techniques that will help them to better make and appreciate different types of art and design — not just photographs (and videos) that will be the main focus for this fun and fascinating weekend workshop.

This workshop is free with free-will donations accepted. Participants must attend both days, June 7th and 8th, for this workshop. Online registration is required for headcount.
