About the event
At this “Relaxation Station,” Bethany Campbell of Haven Wellness will be offering 15-minute massages and Michelle Wilson of Radiant Wellness Solutions will be offering mindfulness practices to support positive mental health. Crossroad's very own LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker) Sharon will also be there to offer some great mindful practices! All activities are free! Please call Crossroads at 641-782-8457 to sign up!
