CRESTON ARTS’ RURAL IMAGINARIUM AT MAINFRAME STUDIOS

July 11th, 2025. CRESTON, IA -  Creston Arts showcases sixteen Creston area artists in an August exhibit at Mainframe Studios.

Sixteen Creston area artists will showcase their work in the show titled Rural Imaginarium, for August at  Mainframe Studios in Des Moines. With this exhibition, Creston Arts aims to bridge the urban to rural communities by showcasing the diverse talent within our region, specifically highlighting artists from the Creston area and Creston Arts and partnering organizations. 

The art will be exhibited on the 3rd floor of the building. Some of the works include paintings, ceramics, woven baskets, quilts, photography, and more.

An Opening Reception will be held on First Friday, August 1st, from 5 to 8 P.M. at Mainframe Studios located at 900 Keosauqua Way, Des Moines, IA.
