Chalk with Us: Balloon Days
Chalk with Us is a Creston Arts program that partners with the Chamber of Commerce and area youth to decorate the town for thousands of visitors for Independence Day celebrations. Since last year, in 2024, Creston Arts has extended this program to the Balloon Days weekend. Businesses and individuals are welcome to join Creston Arts and support this event by sponsoring a chalk mural at www.crestonarts.org/chalk-the-town. All murals will be along the Walk of Chalk, located on the north side of the 400 block of Adams St., near the Creston Arts Center. This year, Creston students will draw the sponsored chalk murals. This event will take place at the Creston Arts Center, located at 411 W Adams St, from 9 am to 1 pm on Friday, September 19th.
